FAQ
How much will my project cost?
Accurately estimating project costs requires a firsthand assessment of the property. Factors considered include the condition of the remodel area, material costs, and labor expenses. Call or email us to arrange a consultation for a detailed quote.
Are the project estimates Free?
Yes! Our team will set up a meeting to come to your property and perform an evaluation so that we can provide you with a solid estimate, free of charge.
Are you Licensed and Insured?
Yes, we are insured and we are licensed to remodel homes. In the state of Virginia, it’s a requirement to be licensed to conduct any kind of remodeling work for customers. Our Class A Contractor License is #2705141252.
What does the remodeling process involve?
Our process kicks off with a meeting at the home or property in question, where the homeowner(s) can share their goals and requirements for the project and discuss their budget with our team’s representative. After this meeting, a quote will be provided for the homeowner’s approval.
Once approved, a contract will be drafted and signed by both teams outlining the project budget, timeline, and expectations. The Project Manager will begin the work and update the homeowner regularly on progress, as well as any feasible changes or concerns.
After the project has been completed, the team will internally review it to ensure all quality standards are met. Additionally, a walkthrough with the homeowner will be performed. Once all work is approved and signed off, the project is considered complete.
Will I have someone to answer my questions throughout the project?
A Project Manager will be assigned to each project to ensure the agreed-upon scope and quality of work are aligned with our team’s high standards. The Project Manager is your first point of contact from the estimate stage all the way to the completion of the project, and will be available to answer any and all questions, comments, or concerns.
Do you offer Payment Plans?
Yes! The standard payment plan is a 50% deposit paid up front, with the remaining 50% paid upon project completion. For larger or more custom projects, we can discuss unique payment plans with the homeowner. We’re always willing to be flexible—feel free to ask our representative how we can make the payment plans more feasible for you!
